How much will is cost?
Before we do any work, we will give you a verbal or written quotation. If you would like this sending to you by post or email, we're happy to oblige.
We usually give quotes for a full 12 months of maintenance, or for maintenance work between April and October.
Once a job is completed, we will provide a full VAT invoice, and a receipt on payment.
How we work out our charges
Labour charges are based on the length of time a job will take, which we guage from experience. The cost of any materials required and the cost of disposing of any rubbish is then added in. Finally, VAT is added - this is charged at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).
Rubbish charges
We are happy to collect rubbish from anywhere in your house or garden for appropriate fees. Green waste (i.e., garden rubbish) will attract cheaper fees, as this can be easily recycled.
